REITS and Commodities saw good gains as well

In Foreign stocks Growth and Value behaved a bit differently
Growth was down -1.57% and Value was also down a bit -0.07%
Still Value outperformed Growth in both Foreign and US
Bonds were mixed again
Foreign Bonds lost the most ground -0.79%
TIPS saw the most gain, though that’s not saying much, +0.28%
