Andrew Worley is Associate Advisor at WorthWhile Wealth Council. From operations to marketing, Andrew is involved in all aspects of the firm’s client portfolio management. He supports David’s economic and market research and serves on the Investment Policy Committee where he contributes to due diligence for fund selection and plays an integral role in all client account operations. Andrew has a primary role interacting with clients from initial consultations through reviews and client service requests as they arise. Andrew serves under the direct supervision of Sasha Stewart in operational functions and under the direct supervision of David in research and client interactions. Andrew’s most recently added duties include serving the firm’s outreach to and education for employer-sponsored retirement plans. He works closely with Lois in this capacity.

Andrew is a graduate of Happy Valley High School in Elizabethton, TN where he met his wife Amanda. With over 20 years of marriage under their belts, they now live in Jonesborough, TN. Together they have raised two children to adulthood, Callie and Jacob. They are now experiencing parenthood 2.0 as they are raising a third child, Elijah along with their dog Lana, a German Shepperd mix.

After high school, Andrew joined the U.S. Army Reserves and served as Military Police Officer until 2001. He would take his calling to serve others into the field of emergency management where he was able to build an extensive career over many areas across the United States. Working on a federal and state level he responded to 24 presidentially declared disasters over 32 states to provide short- and long-term response and recovery resources to thousands of individuals and dozens of communities. On a local level, he served as a county emergency management director in Northeast Tennessee providing preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigations services to his community. Most recently he served as the emergency management specialist for East Tennessee State University until joining our firm in 2020.

Andrew has a business degree from Northeast State Community College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from East Tennessee State University. While completing his baccalaureate degree, Andrew made became interested in and decided to transition his career to become a fee-only financial advisor. Over the next three years, he would build his experience as an intern at WorthWhile Wealth and in 2020 he joined the firm full-time as Associate Advisor. He is currently enrolled in the Accredited Investment Fiduciary®(AIF®) Program and is working toward meeting the requirements for the Certified Financial Planner®(CFP®) Program. Both will help him advance his skills and to meet the demands of the firm in providing top-shelf services to our clients.
